Tara Becker

Tara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Longwood University. She spent 10 years at the University of Richmond working in the office of Advancement.  Here she not only educated the Senior Class on making their first gift to the University, but also helped to build Richmond’s Reunion Class Giving Program, and worked to raise millions of dollars for the Bright Minds Campaign by building relationships with UofR's major gift donors.

Tara began her insurance career 7 years ago, working with a boutique Disability Insurance Brokerage firm located in Richmond, Virginia. She was key in establishing their footprint online and was responsible for developing new business strategies to streamline the administration of multiple office functions.

Tara has the opportunity to put her enthusiasm and outgoing personality to work for a.martin & associates as our Media Relations Coordinator.  Here she is responsible for expanding the presence of the company on and offline, as well as helping to build client relationships.
